So you need the true, unmodified ability score of the PC? Look no further than the PC's hide.
Assuming the oHide is correctly defined:
GetLocalInt(oHide, "PRC_trueSTR") -> Strength
GetLocalInt(oHide, "PRC_trueDEX") -> Dexterity
GetLocalInt(oHide, "PRC_trueCON") -> Constitution
GetLocalInt(oHide, "PRC_trueINT") -> Intelligence
GetLocalInt(oHide, "PRC_trueWIS") -> Wisdom
GetLocalInt(oHide, "PRC_trueCHA") -> Charisma
