2025/05/02 Update

Updated Foresight to use EffectBonusFeat.
Updated PRCRemoveProtections to not dispel extraordinary & supernatural effects.
Expanded DAMAGE_BONUS cap to 50.
Expanded various functions to use new DAMAGE_BONUS cap.
