"0": "These notes were assembled by a scholar, Fellian, at the Great Library of Lankhmar, in Temple District.\n\n(85 years ago) - A prosperous merchant builds the house, but immediately falls ill and sells it to a Mr. Walter Corbitt, esquire.\n \n(68 years ago) Walter Corbitt is sued by neighbours, who petition to force him to leave the area - \"in consequence of his surious [sic] habits and unauspicious demeanor\".\n\n(54 years ago) Corbitt wins the lawsuit. His obituary states that he still lived in the same place. It also states that a second lawsuit was being waged.\n\nThe lawsuit was to prevent Corbitt from being buried in his basement, as provided by his will. No outcome to the second lawsuit is recorded.",
