"0": "Torm the True and the Brave is the god of duty loyalty, and obedience, and the patron of paladins and those who face danger for a greater good. Torm makes his home in the Prime Material Plane, much like Eldath and Mielikki. Torm is the good right hand of Tyr, and works in the service of the greater power of justice. Torm's symbol is a metal gauntlet.\n\nTorm's is one of the most ethically pure of all faiths, in that it is devoted to loyalty and obedience. This is not a blind obedience, and a servent working for an evil master is responsible to a higher authority in his loyalty. Salvation may be found through service.\n\nTorm's popularity is increasing, particularly in the wake of the Time of Troubles. He benefits from an enthusiastic following, and number of fighting orders and paladins have devoted themselves to this god. His church trains, guides, provides sanctuary for, and supports guardians, loyal knights, paladins, and loyal courtiers. It sends agents to ferret out corruption in good organizations, watch for impending trouble from hostile forces, or seek out potential servitors of Torm.\n\nA few clergy are assigned to explore the realms and reprt back so that the guardians learn more of the outside world Each cleric must follow the three debts of the Penance of Duty, which are aiding other good religions, opposing all efforts of the followers of Bane and Cyric, and reporting and repairing areas of wild and dead magic. Torm's church has a cool rivalry with that of Helm.\n\nCleric of Torm pray for their spells at dawn. Torm's holy days are the Divine Death, a rememberance ceremony marking when Torm died to destroy Bane on the 13th of Eleassias; orates when he returned from the dead on the 15th day of Marponeth as a reward for his sacrifice; and the oath-making or oath-renewing event of Shieldmeet.
