Sarum City has been rebuilt with the new tileset, and all the exterior areas were combined into one. New areas added outside the city. They're called Environs. Some additional areas redone to tie into the new areas. Environs are mostly decorated, but lack NPCs in some. Those will be added later.
mostly lowering, but some I increased their level to match their CR. I don't know where some of these go, but generally the CR was way too high for no effort kills.
The hench bleed system has issues. The hench on death after bleeding out would drop a "backpack" with all their undroppable gear in multitudes bugging the system and making them unable to be destroyed after leaving the service of a player. Thus piling them up inside the golem rental store. It's best to just destroy them outright upon their deaths.
Adjusted the CR of that were tougher than the supposed level to face them.
Changed dialog in some connected convos to align more closely
Some stores were adjusted up for buying price and cap
Changed death script for goblins to not blow up in chunks
Changed secret door vfx to blend in with the great oak better
added recall device for convenience and added it vendors
